Gerflor provide fast track refurbishment at Just for Pets with world class Creation 70 Connect LVT.

The Just for Pets store in Telford Shropshire have a genuine desire to provide the best possible shopping experience for their customers and their pets. When the store needed a rapid solution to refurbish their existing front of house sales floor, they turned to international flooring specialist Gerflor to supply 300m2 of their loose lay Creation 70 Connect LVT flooring.

Specifying this extremely resilient interlocking flooring tile from Gerflor ensured that the store didn’t have to close during the installation which was a major consideration in their final choice of floorcovering. Commenting the project Lee Jacovou, Retail Key Account Manager, Gerflor said, “With the Creation 70 Connect LVT tiles being loose laid and adhesive free, the installation did not interrupt trade or store operations, with the added benefit of being able to remove and replace any individual tiles if required in the future for easy and fast renovations.”

The ‘need for speed’ would be a crucial element of this retail refurbishment. The task would be undertaken by Chorley-based MJK Design and Build Limited.

We also needed the least unsettling way of changing the store, whilst in operation.”

Just for Pets was delighted with the finished result and appreciated that the business did not need to close during the fit-out, this ensured that there was no downtime or loss of turnover for the End User.
